What do I do if I haven't received my order within 10 days?
If you haven't received your order within 10 days, please
contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to follow up
your order with the selected courier company and to assist in
locating your parcel.
What happens if Caravanpro supplies the wrong part?
Although we hand pack and check each parcel, in the rare event
that you have received a product that doesn't match your order,
please contact us immediately and as soon as we confirm that we've
packed the wrong item, we'll organise dispatch of the correct item
and the collection of the incorrectly supplied product.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once we have personally picked and checked your order, we will
dispatch the complete order, and electronically lodge your order
with the selected courier service for your product. Once we have
added your order to our courier manifest, you will receive a
tracking email from our courier company which will allow you to
view the current status of your delivery.
